Just Me
2001, Filipino - Singaporean
Danielle has been honing her skills in Art since she can remember. Originally a musician due to her upbringing as a Filipino, she grew to love art when she found out she could draw. Danielle's evolution into Art allowed her to introduce another medium that extended her range of talent even further, from sketching on a piece of paper to painting and digital art. Her use of painting art allows her to challenge the boundaries of different textures and mediums - utilizing trends history and online to suit society's version of contemporary art which explore the depths of social issues and opinions. She is also very influenced by Pop-culture, a wide range of genres of music - mainly pop-punk, punk-rock and pop - graffiti art, renaissance paintings, surrealism, dark art and Avogado6's artwork. From small, solo projects to bigger projects and maybe soon creative collaborations, she's always looking for the chance to explore new venues and learn something new that she can apply to my work. Explore her portfolio, and feel free to get in touch with any questions.
"The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance"
